Aiming to be a world leader in results-driven learning technologies, Synergy recognised the need to align their brand story with their global ambitions while retaining core values. Their goal was to differentiate in a saturated market, standing out as the preferred partner for innovative learning solutions.

Through comprehensive engagement, we identified key insights to enhance Synergy’s brand, emphasising human connection and growth. We redefined their purpose, vision, and mission, crafting an authentic ‘progressive personality’ and ’empowered attitude.’ We developed a strong brand position: ‘Powering People to Power Progress,’ with a distinctive design system centered on ‘open access.’

Mammoth was commissioned to build a bespoke typeface, completing Synergy’s visual transformation – connecting the graphic language together as one cohesive system. Our design system authentically expresses their voice, attracting new clients while maintaining connections with existing ones. Following the rebrand, Mammoth remains a strategic partner, supporting campaigns and communications with ongoing creative solutions.
