National Asbestos Helpline : Rebrand and Identity
National Asbestos Helpline first approached us, in August 2011, with a challenging brief to align their visual identity in print and online by bringing clarity and consistency to all of their communications and to help them reposition themselves differently against their competitors and adapt successfully to different communication channels.
Firstly we needed to create an over-arching brand strategy, positioning, brand guidelines and campaign for the organisation with a fresh new look and message. Underlying this work, the aim was to fully understand the range of services the organisation offered, to help the victims of asbestos related illnesses and their families easily source information and to develop a strong community around the brand.
By creating two new sister brands for the National Asbestos Helpline - National Mesothelioma Helpline: which specifically deal with the malignant cancer which affects the lining of the lungs caused by asbestos exposure, and; the Asbestos Oracle: a national information resource portal for all healthcare professionals to access information regarding all areas of asbestos related disease, enabling GPs and practice nurses to diagnosis appropriately we have managed to position National Asbestos Helpline above their competitors with new approach in communicating their message to the people that need it most.
A consumer book was produced for the public sector to fully get to grips with what the National Asbestos Helpline are all about and today, we are currently working on two entirely new websites for the National Asbestos Helpline and the Asbestos Oracle which we hope to have rolled out by mid 2012.
