We’re pretty particular about what we do, so it goes without saying that we know what we’re looking for in our creative and accounts staff. 

Firstly you’re creative, even if your job is primarily in accounts. Secondly, you’re articulate, even if your job is primarily in creative. You’re not afraid to speak up, you’re ambitious and enthusiastic about what you do, and you’ve got at least one incredibly interesting story.
